Consisting of an MLS service similar to the US and Canada, the members have access to every listing currently on the market.

This makes it easier for prospective buyers as it enables them to work with one Agent island-wide and still be assured of viewing all available properties of interest.

CIREBA also publish a magazine showcasing the majority of properties currently on the market.

This magazine is published three times a year and can be obtained free of charge locally or mailed by pre-paid subscription.

CIREBA and its members are committed to conducting business and operations in accordance with high ethical standards and in full conformity with all domestic laws and regulations relating to anti-money laundering. CIREBA recognizes that to know and understand customers is not merely to attain compliance with regulatory requirements, but is consistent with the principles of safe business practice and thus enables us to better serve our clients.

CIREBA Statement of Principles

CIREBA, Cayman Islands and its Board of Directors fully support the effort to combat money laundering and terrorist financing. The following statement of principles is intended to outline the basic philosophy of CIREBA and its members with respect to the fight against money laundering, terrorist financing, and other criminal activity.

CIREBA, Cayman Islands is committed to conducting business and operations in accordance with high ethical standards and in full conformity with all domestic laws and regulation relating to anti-money laundering;

CIREBA Cayman Islands will strictly enforce “know your client” procedures so that illegal activity is reported as soon as it is identified;

CIREBA Cayman Islands will not accept any business where character of the applicants or source of the funds may be in doubt;

CIREBA will provide all proper assistance to the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority and other authorities with respect to any matter in relation to anti- money laundering efforts;

CIREBA will continue to establish and maintain procedures to ensure all real estate transactions are reasonable and acceptable;

CIREBA and its members will co-operate with all law enforcement agencies to the full extend that it can do so under applicable foreign and domestic laws and in accordance with its agreements with its customers and its other policies.
